1st question

this message appear to me when i work in apache

what does this massege mean??

if there any problem in appache version ??

or if there r a problem in port 80

note: i disable my firewall during working in appache

2nd question

can i change the port?

It means there is a problem, which could be anything.

Check your Apache\logs\error.log (or error_log) for more details.

Your firewall is not the problem, as apache is working. It served you that message.

You, more than likely, have a miss-configured httpd.conf

To clarify for anybody else, this has nothing to with the package.
