Sorry no error log because apache doesn't start. The log only shows the last time it started. I'll try that shortly

No go. Should I try reinstalling? Hmmm. That may not work either since I haven't changed anything but the path.

It's the same as the rest though:

<IfModule !mod_rewrite.c>
   LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
</IfModule>

AccessFileName .htaccess
<Files ~ "^\.htaccess$">
   order allow,deny
   deny from all
</Files>

Alias /wordpress "/www/wordpress"

<Directory "/www/wordpress">
   Options FollowSymLinks
   AllowOverride FileInfo

   order allow,deny
   allow from 127.0.0.1:8080
#   allow from all

   AddType text/html .php
   AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php
</Directory>

There is no port for allow directives.

And if thats how it is also under the other web-framework apps, you should correct that too, as 'httpd -t' only reports the first encountered syntax problem.
