I have a server runnig on windows supporting php4.3.2

My problem:

I have a php file that opens a socket to get some info from game servers, and it have a default ip set in $addr ... but if we give the ip -> index.php?addr=<ip> it connect to that ip. I tried it on a different server and it works fine, but in my server it always use the default ip set in $addr even if i gave it a different ip.

I was using Apache and didnt work, now im using IIS and still not working... so i think the problem is in php.ini

Can someone give me a hand with this?
