I am looking to learn more about CMS and am trying to choose one to start developing websites this way. I have a home network and have just installed SUSE 10 on an old PC (800Mhz) to act as a backup.

Is there a version of this developer suite which I can install on that PC?

Where can I get further advice for setting it all up so I can worh from my XPPro Laptop indoors?

Thanks

The WDServer is Windows only right now, though I might create a Linux version in some future date.

Joomla and Drupal are two CMSs that come with WDServer installed. Joomla is easier to work with and has a larger user base, Drupal is a bit more powerful but harder to get a grasp on.

The best way to set things up is to just go ahead and get your hand dirty. Work out what you can, and ask for help on what you cannot.
