It appears that the default
    include_path = .;W:/www/webroot/;W:/www/php5/includes/
does not work.  phpinfo.() gives '.' as the include path. 

What does work is:
    include_path = ".;W:/www/webroot/;W:/www/php5/includes/"
Note the double quotes.

Good catch. Its actually double quoted under the php.ini that is used under the installer... Just that once the drive letters are updated, the quotes are lost as an oversight. I've corrected that.

And how about:
    doc_root = W:/www/webroot/
and
    extension_dir = W:/www/php5/ext/
?

They seem to work...

Back in the day, you had to use quotes here but not there, forward slashes only here, an ending / here but not there, and so on. So I just leave it at what has always worked for this Suite.
