Here are some lines I read in the error.log.  I would appreciate comments:

Terminating on signal SIGTERM(15)
Error in my_thread_global_end(): 58 threads didn't exit
Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit
ocess is running
File Not Found

- I understand that SIGTERM(15) is a kill command but why does it occur?
- Shouldn't there be a timestamp with all log lines, always?
