I am having difficulty running perl, phpmyadmin and the other applications. I get this error:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /perl-status on this server."

I dont know to how get rid of this. Do i need to set the permissions so I can run scripts. If so, how do I do this - I have found several sites telling me how to do it on a linux machine, but as yet, nothing for windows.

I need help urgently...

Thanks :)
