I've been successfully working with Drupal on localhost using this software, but I'm wondering how to add additional Drupal sites. Copying and pasting the current Drupal folder in webapps doesn't do the trick -- even if I change the sites/all/settings.php file. I can create databases and users, but I can't get any additional PHP programs to work.

What do I need to do?

You would basically host all the sites within the same drupal base dir...
http://drupal.org/node/274

And just use vhosts for the rest... To point the domain name.
