The domain name "colubragens.org" is directing the HTTP request to an unknown place in your server, where a file containing a frameset loads the site from http://98.219.223.140/

If you access the direct IP address (http://98.219.223.140/) you will see your site works perfectly (even the rewrite mod works properly), but if you use http://colubragens.org, the site loads using a frameset.

Therefore, I can assure you that the problem now is a DNS issue. The best and the recommend way to solve this issue, is pointing the domain name colubragens.org to 98.219.223.140, and the www folder of colubragens.org to the www folder of 98.219.223.140.

If you have more questions, please do not hesitate in come back to us.
