I went to that IP address and I get a website back, Toppers BBS 2008. Works for me.

Since you are aliasing the IP to localhost, you would need to modify the vhosts\localhost\.htaccess file or delete it to allow someone access to that particular VH from outside or even internally. Which I assume you did now that it's working for me.

The reason "localhost" is restricted with an .htaccess file is because "localhost" is really only ment for local access. It's best to create a site under \vhosts\_dynamic (or \vhosts\_static).

Ok, thanks for your help and Yes I did. I didn't know what else to do. So I edit the htaccess file and it worked. So I'm happy.
