After installing a new module on our ecommerce web server we have to configure a directory where csv file will be written

We tried all kind of configuration and we always get this error :

CSV directory must be filled with absolute path, not relative path
("D:\temp" is equivalent to "d:/TEMP")
field has been changed to that absolute directory, you just have to confirm

The guys that build this module say that it has been tested on apache under linux and windows and it was working fine. They said that directory mustbe writable, what we did, we add "everyone" as writable.

Since we use webdevelopper server suite may be there is something different we do not understand.

Also if we try with a web directory,

 we get :

CSV directory must be a real directory and must be writeable

Like he does not seed the directory or he does not see it as writable

Hard to understand all those slashes (why does he add these on the error message ???)

Also by checking I have seen that it is called WampDeveloper™ Version 4.0 now

What would be the advantage to upgrade from webdevelopper 3.00

Does this module have a configuration?

Try different path formats:
For example with "D:\temp", try:

It might only like one of those.
